Hi, I'm Kara - I help women navigate anxiety with practical tools, honest conversations and zero judgment.

Anxiety is overwhelming.  Maybe you feel like your mind never stops. You're overthinking, second-guessing, replaying conversations and worrying about things before they even happen.  Maybe you experience self-doubt, guilt, or a sense of never being “enough.”  You might avoid certain situations, withdraw, or constantly push yourself to keep going, even when you're exhausted.

I want you to know you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep powering through it by yourself. 

In therapy, I provide a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface. 

Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck — and gently begin to untangle them at a pace that feels right for you.
