Anxiety Therapy for Women

Compassionate Support to Help You Find Calm, Confidence, and Clarity

Live Life According to Your Values - Not Your Anxiety

Anxiety can slowly shrink your world. It urges you to play it safe, avoid new experiences, overthink decisions, and question your instincts. It whispers that you’re not ready, not capable, or not enough. Over time, anxiety can begin to dictate your choices — influencing what you say yes to, what you avoid, and how you view yourself.

But it doesn’t have to stay this way.

As an anxiety specialist, I can help you understand what’s happening in your mind and develop tools to feel more grounded, confident, and in control.

I'm so glad you're here!

Hi, I’m Kara — a licensed therapist specializing in helping women manage anxiety with practical tools, honest conversations, and zero judgment.

If you’re here, you might be feeling overwhelmed or stuck. Maybe your mind feels like it never shuts off. You’re replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions, preparing for worst-case scenarios, or worrying long before anything even happens. You might notice patterns of self-doubt, guilt, perfectionism, or feeling like you’re never “enough.”

Anxiety can also show up in your body and your behavior — avoiding certain situations, withdrawing from people, or pushing yourself to keep going even when you’re exhausted.

I want you to know you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep navigating this by yourself.

How Therapy Can Help

In therapy, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you feeling overwhelmed or disconnected — and gradually untangle them at a pace that feels safe.

I’m not here to “fix” you — because you’re not broken. My role is to help you reconnect with your strengths, understand your anxiety more clearly, and build evidence-based skills (like CBT-informed strategies and mindfulness tools) that help you feel more grounded and empowered in daily life.

You deserve a life shaped by your values — not by fear.
